Hello Jon and thank you for your review. We always appreciate reviews whether they are good or bad so we can figure out our strengths and especially our weaknesses. To say we only care about the sale of a car is incorrect though. We care about long term relationships with our customers. This is evident by our reviews. But honestly, what better way to win a customer than to take care of them when the car has a few issues? That is why we are the highest rated Honda Dealer in Tennessee. For recalls we set appointments to get the job done in a timely manner and if it cannot be done we will do one of three things. Get you a ride where you need to be. Get you a loaner vehicle or get you a rental. However, records indicate that the person that you tagged (Stephen Hailey) has never been in contact with you nor have you ever reached out to him. He was not employed here when you bought your vehicle, nor does he work in service so you wouldn't have dealt with him back there either. So please get us the names of the employees that you dealt with so we can get all sides of the story. As well as fix this review. But all you have to do is give the General Manager a call and you will ALWAYS get a call back. A philosophy here is to deal with issues as quickly as possible to come to a resolve as fast as possible so the situation does not escalate. Again, we look forward to hearing from you and thank you again.
