First service on our car and transmission issue. I have been dealing with Mark Duncan off and on several times with our car and he is the most professional and courteous service rep anyone could ask I have been dealing with Mark Duncan off and on several times with our car and he is the most professional and courteous service rep anyone could ask for. He is very good with his explanations of what is going on and also prompt on returning calls. Our issue with our car is a difficult one to figure out but Mr. Duncan has been extremely understanding, concerned, and patient with us. He is just an all around great guy to deal with when it comes to service needs for our car. More

Better experience in Cleveland! I visited Honda of Cleveland this afternoon on a mission to 1.) test-drive a '17 Accord Sport SE, 2.) obtain an asking price to discuss with my husban I visited Honda of Cleveland this afternoon on a mission to 1.) test-drive a '17 Accord Sport SE, 2.) obtain an asking price to discuss with my husband. This experience was a breeze! I was in and out, with a full understanding of the vehicle; no pressure, just support. Thank you, Jerry!! This was NOT our experience at Economy in Chattanooga a few weekends ago... Let's just say, "time is money." & what took an 1 hour max at Cleveland took 3 1/2 hours at Chattanooga! In the case we choose a Sport, I am confident Honda of Cleveland will compete for our business and out-do any other Honda dealership! If I had 1 recommendation it would be to provide serious customers a print-off of the desired vehicle with asking price, because prices are not listed online. More
