I came into Motorcars to look at a vehicle I had seen online. I came with children in tow thinking we were just taking a quick look. Ms. Ivy was not pushy or overbearing, but very accommodating. Once I saw the vehicle, I decided I wanted to drive it. During the ride she had the perfect mix of informing me about the vehicle and letting me check it out. She wasn't trying to cover up anything, but more showing off how great it is. She was so patient with me and my children, something I am so appreciative of. She made me feel comfortable and even let my daughter watch videos on her personal phone while we chatted. After the test drive, I decided to go for it. I had a zillion questions and she answered each one honestly, looking out for my best interest as well. I had a nice pre-approval, but Mr. Contrell--a true salesman--haggled on my behalf and got me a better deal. Mr. Ben, who helped me with insurance, was also great and gave me some great insurance tips while I was there. I really appreciate all of the great service received at Honda Motorcars from the above-excellent staff. Ms. Ivy, Mr. Contrell, and Mr. Ben are great assets to that company. The ONLY reason I put a 4 star vs a 5 has nothing to do with the customer service, but that the price of the vehicle was locked in place and there was no room to haggle much at all. What a great experience. I love our new vehicle! Thank you Honda Motorcars!! More

Lack of Transparency I went to Motorcars to purchase an Odyssey and had a decent experience. Edwin was attentive at first but as the process went on, he became somewhat d I went to Motorcars to purchase an Odyssey and had a decent experience. Edwin was attentive at first but as the process went on, he became somewhat distant and inattentive. When I came to pick up the car, I was told the car was "ready" but just being cleaned. Edwin did not provide any updates during this time and it took close to 90 minutes to get the car, which was apparently ready, just needed to be cleaned. When I came home, I noticed only the front seats had been cleaned and food, wrappers, and stains were located all under the second and third row of seats. I also was told a Porter left with the extra key and I needed to come back to get that key. When I came back, it turned out there was no second key and I needed to wait 90 minutes to get a new key programmed. Again, Edwin lacked transparency during the process and I hope he takes the feedback as a learning experience. I also worked with Contrell (Finance) and Roberto (Sales) and both were very efficient and accommodating. More
