He was able to beat a deal found in an ad from a competitor, without the typical back and forth to a manager found at other dealerships. Rich truly wanted to earn our business, and went the extra mile by staying very late after the dealership closed to make sure we were satisfied. Since the car was for our daughter, Rich explained every part of the car buying experience to her, not making her feel awkward or dumb. His after-sale presentation of the car's controls showed his patience and persistence to his making sure our experience was nothing more than exceptional.
