When I walked into the dealership, I was kindly greeted and taken to see Chris. Chris made me feel welcome, he was real, and he was easy-going. I appreciated that since the process of buying a car can be quite stressful and feel overwhelming at times. Chris kept his word on pricing and he worked for me to make sure that I was getting the best deal possible with the help of Joe Bencivenni. From the beginning of the Internet buying process to the time I walked out and even afterwards with Chris’s help, I would highly recommend him as a sales representative and as a good person to trust. I must note that I really liked the opportunity of bonging the gong when buying the car and the dance room effect when walking out of the dealership. Pretty cool actually. Haven’t seen another dealership do something like that before. I appreciate the dealerships thoughtfulness and making the buying process quite enjoyable. More

Great car buying experience I had a 2007 Civic with 265,000 miles and was looking to trade it in for either a used car or new car. I easily made the appointment over the phone for the day and time I wanted. Dareyell, my Service Advisor, was great! She explained what was going to be done to determine the problem. I had to leave right after dropping it off, but she called me with the results of the test. She explained what would happen next and the time it would take. She then called me to let me know there would be a delay as a part did not arrive as early as it should have, but gave me an ETA. The car was ready sooner than expected so she immediately called me to let me know I could pick it up. I appreciate so much that she explained everything and kept me informed as to progress and delays. More
