I put in a deposit of $500 and later decided not to go forward with it. They promised me a 2 week refund time. It's been 16 weeks and they totally ghosted me. Iv visited the dealership 3 times and only go forward with it. They promised me a 2 week refund time. It's been 16 weeks and they totally ghosted me. Iv visited the dealership 3 times and only got excuses. When I call, they just transfer my call to a voicemail for which i have never gotten a response for. If it takes time, it takes time. I'm fine with that. But just ghosting me feels really sketchy and unprofessional. I hope I can get my money back. If the staff say "it's a hassle free refund if you don't go forward with the purchase", it's time to be cautious. More

I made an offer via phone on a used 2020 Honda Civic (a flat $20k with taxes and fees), and after verbally agreeing and my making arrangements to pick it up and complete the sale, Alan, the salesman, then flat $20k with taxes and fees), and after verbally agreeing and my making arrangements to pick it up and complete the sale, Alan, the salesman, then called back to say that he wouldn't sell the car for that price (a $415 price discrepancy). This is despite the car's being overpriced according to the market and comps in the area. He refused to budge even $1. I told him that while I did like the car, I had other prospects and would let him know the next day. The dealership responded by increasing the car price by $300 the next morning. Fast forward to two weeks later--when I'm comfortably in a brand new car that I found for a higher price but a better deal--and not only is the used car I was interested in still on the lot, but they've now lowered the list price by $970 (UPDATE: It’s now $1,070 lower). Multiple members of the sales team are still calling or emailing me at least once per day to see if I'm interested in it. Boy, did they overplay their hand. Also, note that the website for this dealership lists service records (look for "window sticker" and then "service receipts"). Many of the "accident free" cars they sell have, for example, new bumpers or new door panels. Another Civic I was looking at had the steering column replaced and transmission work done, among other big things (nearly $5k in work). Clearly a lemon, but you'd never know without checking those records. Buyer beware. More
Great dealership with great car selection and great people. Would 100% recommend Ron as he helped us complete the sale and made it easy for us. He also let us take the car for an extended test drive. people. Would 100% recommend Ron as he helped us complete the sale and made it easy for us.
