Greetings, If there was a zero rating, that would be what I would give Honda of Cleveland Heights. I just had my vehicle in for service in the last several days. I received my vehicle with oil, boot s what I would give Honda of Cleveland Heights. I just had my vehicle in for service in the last several days. I received my vehicle with oil, boot stains, oily fingerprints inside of the vehcile. I notified my service advisor of this issue and I was informed that I would receive a complentary detail. I was afforded a vehcile to dry in the interim. The vehicle I was given was filthy and wreaked of marijauna. I was appalled because due to my profession this could have caused me some serious issues with my employer. Unfortunately, no one ever calls a client any more at this dealership when vehicles are ready for pick up. I received a text message only. I inspected my vehicle and found that no complementary detail was given, someone seemed to just attempt to wipe the oil and grease stains. In which they didn't even complete the job. I complained once again to the service mananger pertaining to the vehilce that I received and the condition of my vehicle. I did receive an apology however nothing else was offered to me. This is the third occurence of this behavior at this dealership. My vehicle was in for service a couple of months ago and the same scenario happened at the time as well. My vehicle was also damaged by someone in the service department which resulted in body work repairs that had to be made. Things to note are that the lines are always execessively long, and the professional decorum seems to be a lost art. My plan is to report these mishaps to the Ohio Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, and the local news so that this unprofessional behavior can stop. I am in the market for purchasing a new vehicle and the sales side needs some recalibration as well. I set up a day and time to come to see a vehicle. I was left standing in the lobby appoximately one half of an hour. My potential sales rep was preparing to take me to see the vehicle when a gentleman yelled out, sorry its sold he can only look at it. The salesman apologized because he was unaware that the vehicle had been sold. While things happen, it is apparent that the level of communication in this delarship is lacking severely. My purpose to you potential consumer of Honda of Cleveland Heights, please be aware. I will not stand still and sit back to see another potential consumer hurt, incovenienced or simply ignored. Oh, how I miss the days of Motorcars Honda. Night and day is not even a close comparison. I will be made whole and any who comes after me will be made aware of this nightmare that I experienced!! I purchased a car from Roman at this dealership in September. In November, the engine failed. I know things happen and cars aren’t perfect, so my honest feedback about this specific salesman and dealership is that they are very focused on making money and getting cars off the lot. They act caring when you purchase your vehicle, but definitely don’t deliver on their promises- the salesman also told me I’d be able to get the car detailed for no charge, however, when I scheduled an appointment, he told me I only had two weeks to get the car detailed upon purchase. Furthermore, when the check engine light came on, they said they couldn’t diagnose it, as they only diagnose Hondas. I’m disappointed in the way the dealership values quantity over quality, however if you’re looking for a new Honda with a good warranty, you could get it here. Customer service is trash. More

Terrible customer service was told by Raj Tulam that he was done with us and to stop calling the dealership after we were promised a $100 gift card for our car. We were promised a $100 gift card for the inconvenience of our car being constantly tooken back ,it first started October 4th as we were buying our car they then go to say that we aren't able to take it home that day due to a part that they needed. We weren't told that UNTIL we were signing the final documents for the car. Mind you this is just something that should take no longer than 3 days ,at least that was what we were told. October 16th we received our car from the dealership, haven't even been gone from the dealership no more than a hour before another issue occurred. The splash sheild was then hanging but it wasn't hanging when we test drove the car nor was it hanging the before service. That means service caused the damage and then allowed it to be driven by the customer. Which is very unprofessional, if you caused a problem it should have been brought to someone's attention and fixed. Furthermore, the dealership ended up taking our car back again for another 2 weeks. We received a texting stating that our car is fixed and ready. We pick the car up drive it for a day before ANOTHER issue occurs, out of the blue the check engine light comes on we kindly send a text to our sales person Stevi. I'm not sure as to why a ENGINE light came on. They then take our car for a week or so on October 28th. We received our car back on November 14tgh, the day the tags expire as well as a empty tank. We then kindly ask the dealership are we able to get gas considering we just filled the loaner car that was provided to us with a full tank of gas. Just to receive our car back on E. They give us a problem with that , we literally have to beg for a half a tank of gas. We were told that our gift card would be MAILED to us. We insisted on receiving one in person because of this major inconvenience. November 16th we reached out to the dealership about this major inconvenience and was told by Raj Tulam that he was done with us and to stop calling the dealership. More
