Even though I worked with Nagaraju Tulam to purchase a SUV, h Will never buy a Honda vehicle ever...!!! Updated after one month of buying the car. Even though I worked with Nagaraju Tulam to purchase a SUV, he and the finance department of Honda did not approve my lease application because they made a mistake on my application even when I had a valid visa status and valid documents to prove. As a billion dollar company, I wonder why Honda does not know any thing about valid US visa documents to approve their customer's applications. This is the worst customer experience I ever had during my stay at USA with a dealership. Foundation Honda acted very unprofessional in this manner and I immediately returned the vehicle. They did not even appologize for their mistake and nobody seems to care about this as well. I went to Toyota dealership right across the Honda dealership, and they were very nice, helpful and understood the situation and approved our application rightaway to purchase the vehicle. This is not an efficient dealership and will rip off your time, energy and money. Therefore I don't recommend this place for any one looking for a Honda vehicle. Go for Toyota or other dealership around the Cleveland area and they will respect and will give you the best customer experience. Will never buy a Honda vehicle again....!!!! More
