Horrible service department quality. Now I have to replace my engine. Dealer installed new radiator and hoses but didn;t connect the bottom radiator hose properly and engine blew head gasket and burn replace my engine. Worst of all Dealer wouldn't return my phone calls to discuss issue. Update: 11-08-20 The vehicle is back in my local Honda dealer for the issue that they originally didn't find. Now because of the faulty work done at Foundation Honda my vehicle has a blown engine and head gaskets. No response from Foundation and the GM - Justin changed his phone number so he didn't have to deal with the issue anymore. Foundation Honda Service Manager, Mark will not return phone calls either. Guess we will settle this in court. More

I'm not sure really what happened this time around as I've leased from Honda before, but I think I got someone who was new and who has not communicated with me almost at all during the process or if he h I've leased from Honda before, but I think I got someone who was new and who has not communicated with me almost at all during the process or if he has, it was almost always incorrect information. I never knew what was going on and ended up wasting a lot of hours inside the dealership, not knowing why I was waiting or what I was waiting for... eventually being sent home because the finance portion was taking too long (this was after already waiting for 6 hours). After that point, it was agreed to meet the following Monday at a certain time, and of course yet again, it didn't happen until hours later after I'd made arrangements. After speaking with the manager, I was made some promises to take care of the inconveniences and those were so far broken as well. I was told I would be seeing Rich when I first made an appointment so I'm not sure why that changed when I got there. But the whole time I felt like I was not a priority or like my business was not important. The final price that I thought we agreed upon was of course not what the final price came to be after this whole time. I'll think twice if I lease/buy from this particular dealership again. More
