She went above and beyond to get us a "Cash for Clunkers" deal and we appreciate that she was willing to work overtime to get friendly and helpful. Also, Motorcars Honda is the only dealership I know of that has a Service Dept. that is open late on weekdays, which makes it convenient for me when I need to have my car serviced after work. More

Took the car in and they checked it out and we were on our way. However, later that day AC didn't seem to work, so we took it back and the hair line crack showed up now due to dye. They had to put in whole new pipe, but the car looks as good as it did and the AC is working fine. Thanks to Ben and his workers. More
I have been buying cars from Bert Weiss for about 14 years. I have always found him to be extremely conscientious. He returns every call and when we bought our 2010 Prius, he gave us very practical suggestions as to which options we should buy and why we should buy them. This is the first hybrid that I have owned and there are distinct differences between hybrids and total gas engine cars as I am sure you know. Bob was very thorough in going over these differences when I took delivery of our Prius. He did not at all appear hurried and it was quite obvious that he would take all the time needed to go over the salient points of owning and operating a hybrid. I was extremely satisfied and had no trouble in operating my Prius after I left the dealership. I have always found the Honda service department to be very capable and totally honest. On example of this was one time I thought that I needed a new windshield wiper motor but they told me that it was only a blown fuse. They also had the maintenance or repair work done when they said the would. I have brought in quite a few cars for them to repair since I bought my first Honda from you around 25 years ago and have been buying Honda cars from you ever since. I had my first Toyota maintenance done yesterday and I experience the same fine service. I really like the way everything that was done was written on the bill. Am I satisfied with Bert Weiss? The proof is in the pudding. I have sent many customers to Bert. My son-in-law and my first cousin are driving cars that were sold to them by Bert. More

My husband was driving a 1995 Lincoln Town Car with 160k+ miles. I truly believe if he continued to drive the car it would just quit, it was just a matter of when. We talked with Alex, who confirmed our qualification and the rest is history. I'm now driving my dream car and feeling extraordinary. Thanks Alex! It doesn't stop there; Keith worked with us and placed us in a financial deal that was comensurate with our budget. The beauty of it all - we were less than 10 miles from home. Please see my review of Paddock Chevrolet in Kenmore, NY for the reason I ended-up 3 hours from my house at Motorcars Honda. In any event, I was seeking a 2004 Honda Odyssey EX in dark blue or red & Motorca for the reason I ended-up 3 hours from my house at Motorcars Honda. In any event, I was seeking a 2004 Honda Odyssey EX in dark blue or red & Motorcars had a dark blue '04 EX-L that appeared in great shape with slightly high miles & a slightly high price. I sent an email to inquire about the vehicle & Kolin Sanders called me back & I was able to work a reasonable price with him over the phone! To add to this before I placed a hold on the vehicle he walked around the vehicle to look for specific things that I wanted him to look for (& the vehicle did match in-person). When I wanted to place the hold, it was after hours so he put it in as if I did it the next day to extend it until I was able to get out there. I took pictures & they evaluated my trade without even seeing it (& stuck to their # when I arrived). Also, I secured financing at a great rate (after some pressure that the sale would fall-through if they didn't) even after Honda Financial had closed (I believe the Finance guy's name was David). Our in-person experience had a couple of issues but they went above & beyond to rectify those & held to their word on everything. The final sit-down was relatively painless as well. They also were grilling that day & invited us to join-in, which was great. In all, I would definitely buy from them again as I was taken care of to my satisfaction & my complaints are minor & few but here they are: 1) I was a little upset that I had to push hard for my trade value & then they listed for sale @ double what they gave me. 2) There were a couple of oversights on the car, although corrected should not have happened but no one is perfect. :-) 3) I paid top dollar for the car even though I did haggle them down quite a bit. My 1 year depreciation is not pretty. More
Worked with the dealership over two days to find the right car at the right price. Our salesman, "Hubb" Capps, was amazingly uninformed. When we arrived at the dealership, I asked about this car and was promptly informed that it was sold (strangely enough, I could see it for sale on the lot right behind us). I asked him about the car sitting right there, and he gave us a ridiculous price of over $18,000. I had to take him into his own office and show him on his own website that the car was indeed still for sale and still available, and at the price i had previously stated. Needless to say, things didn't get much better from there. After finding the right car and beginning the negotiation, Hubb was at the best insulting. He aparently had no interest in actually selling a car, and we walked away with a very poor impression of Motorcars Honda. If you're looking for service and price, head to Honda of Mentor. It'll be worth it! More

Dare to compare the final price-- this dealership will give you print-outs that include everything so that there are no surprises. Best of all, where else can one go to get such great hours for the service/repair department (open to 3am on 4 days/week)? A+++++++ More
