The salesman that I dealt with was very knowledgeable, he knew what I wanted and was able to put me in a vehicle that was good for me. I scheduled a Saturday morning appointment and when I got there Jason had ready several cars for my review. All the cars were good possibilities and within the budget I had set. I had been waiting for this day for like 3 months and Nov 3rd was they day when i bought this beautiful piece of machinery my new 2008 Accord EXL V6 6Speed NAVI Coupe (Blk on Blk). I purchased it from Andrew (HONDA AFVM) and could have not been happier. This was an Out of state purcahse since i live in GA and the car was in OH. I got it for the advertisded price and they backed off the DOC fee from the price of the car. On top of that they threw in FREE accessories (Interior Illumination and All Season Matts) that helped compensate for my time and airfare expense and as a BONUS they gave me $50 gas money for my 700 mile trip back! So all in all i had NO extra expense! What else could i ask for! My whole trip from the Airport to the Dealership was one Experience i will NEVER forget. So at 9:15AM my plane lands at Akron/Ohio Airport.... Andew comes and picks me up in a Honda S2000 and i got to drive it back to the Dealership! So after a 45min sporty drive we get to the dealership MOTORCARS HONDA! Andrew takes me in the Service Dept and and tells me to wait for a sec. When he comes back he takes me to a room and when i open the door I hear music playing, with DISCO lights and there she was... I was like WOW! Everything was put so well together!! The only thing missing was a Lap Dance, (I was promised i would get it on my 2nd Vechile purchase!) LOL More
This was my visit to Motorcars Honda. Your dealership was recommed to by a co-worker. Omar was a very nice gentleman. he was very informative in helping me to select the right vehicle. I did now know whatI had in mind but, With Omars' help directed me in the right direction. I can in on the Clunker Trade. We walked around an looked at SUV in my price range and style I was seeking. When I had a problem with my bank. I immedately called Omar and conveyed to him my problem. He immediately got back with me with the information I needed. I was so happy to come in that evening and drive away with my new SUV. Omar didn't laugh when I told him I had name my old SUV "Dora" (Explore). In fact he call it by name also. This my sound silly but it meant a got. Of course, I have name the Cr-V "Baby". It ride so smooth. Thank you, to Omar, Motorcar-Honda,and the entire team. Everyone one so hospitiable. I will recommend this dealership to anyone of my friends that is looking for a new vehicle and great salesmanship also. I am looking forward to joining the family and coming in for my services. My deal was a cash for clunkers deal. The dealer and salesperson agreed to let me pick a car they did not have on the lot and get one there for me that was the color and trim I wanted. We did not really get to negotiate on price that much. I told them a monthly payment I was looking for and they said they would get me there. I ended up only getting the vehicle for about $600 under MSRP, which is alright I guess considering most dealers would not let cash for clunker deals go below MSRP. My sales person was very helpful. When they announced the end of cash for clunkers the second time, he went out of his way to make sure I could get my car while the program was still going on. He did all the finance stuff for me and brought the paperwork to me since I was taking to final exams at that time. He met me at my school while there was a tornado warning for the area so that we could get the paperwork in on time. Very few sales people would go that far out of their way to help a customer. My salesman was Joe Voye and I would highly recommend him if you go to Motorcars Honda. More
Omar Jeffries helped me with the purchase of a Honda Mini Van and he was fantastic! Debbie Baughman was wonderful to work with. She is very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to get us a "Cash for Clunkers" deal and we appreciate that she was willing to work overtime to get friendly and helpful. When I purchased my 2006 Honda Civic, Marcus Capps was the person who helped me (and my sister) with its purchase and afterwards, when there was a service issue about the car, Marcus was always very helpf the person who helped me (and my sister) with its purchase and afterwards, when there was a service issue about the car, Marcus was always very helpful. Also, Motorcars Honda is the only dealership I know of that has a Service Dept. that is open late on weekdays, which makes it convenient for me when I need to have my car serviced after work. More

Took the car in and they checked it out and we were on our way. However, later that day AC didn't seem to work, so we took it back and the hair line crack showed up now due to dye. They had to put in whole new pipe, but the car looks as good as it did and the AC is working fine. Thanks to Ben and his workers. More
I have been buying cars from Bert Weiss for about 14 years. I have always found him to be extremely conscientious. He returns every call and when we bought our 2010 Prius, he gave us very practical suggestions as to which options we should buy and why we should buy them. This is the first hybrid that I have owned and there are distinct differences between hybrids and total gas engine cars as I am sure you know. Bob was very thorough in going over these differences when I took delivery of our Prius. He did not at all appear hurried and it was quite obvious that he would take all the time needed to go over the salient points of owning and operating a hybrid. I was extremely satisfied and had no trouble in operating my Prius after I left the dealership. I have always found the Honda service department to be very capable and totally honest. On example of this was one time I thought that I needed a new windshield wiper motor but they told me that it was only a blown fuse. They also had the maintenance or repair work done when they said the would. I have brought in quite a few cars for them to repair since I bought my first Honda from you around 25 years ago and have been buying Honda cars from you ever since. I had my first Toyota maintenance done yesterday and I experience the same fine service. I really like the way everything that was done was written on the bill. Am I satisfied with Bert Weiss? The proof is in the pudding. I have sent many customers to Bert. My son-in-law and my first cousin are driving cars that were sold to them by Bert. More
