We were very happy with Motorcars Honda before, and we're happier today. This is our second leased vehicle. When our first lease was almost up, Robert quickly got us into a newer Odyssey, and an arrangement that was even better that the first, within one day, and for about the same about the price. Today, I would go out in my yard, or the parking lot at my job, to look at our Odyssey, to touch it, to sit in it, and to smell the interior of this new vehicle, and being amazed at the window of opportunity that opened to our family when we needed a dependable vehicle and didn't really think it would be possible nor did we expect anything this good. I'd also like to mention that the Service Department at Motorcars Honda provides wonderful service. They also make provide good Oatmeal Raisin cookies, coffee, and internet access while waiting. If service can be this good on earth, then Heaven must truly be awesome. My 2010 Honda Civic that I lease from Motorcars had a flat tire in our garage. Andrew Chiarelli was nice enough to come to our house and take off the flat tire, after I had mentioned my bad back prevente flat tire in our garage. Andrew was very friendly and thorough. He gratiously answered all my many questions and took me on 3 test drives for each of the models I was considering. He helped me link my phone for hands-free, walked me through how to enter names and phone numbers in the phone book, and explained how I was able to add the free three months of XM radio to my current account from my previous car. Both my husband and I were impressed that the owner of the dealership, Mr. Giles, took the time to meet us and thank us for our purchase. I will definately recommend this dealership to friends and family.
