For more than 15 years my husband and I have been purchasing cars from MOTORCARS HONDA/TOYOTA, always working with Andrew Chiarelli, who we met on our first visit to MOTORCARS. When I decided to trade in my used vehicle for a new car, my first call was to Andrew.Andrew spent days searching for the particular vehicle I wanted.He worked hard to get me the best trade in value for my used car.Today when I went to purchase my new car, I decided I wanted to go with something smaller. When mentioning this to Andrew, he said "no problem" and promptly started to make calls to find me the new car I decided on. After much effort on Andrews part, the car was found, a deal was made. I was sent to the Financial Department where I met with the Finance Director, David Weaver. David was very patient and efficient in getting the paperwork done, explaining everything informing me of the financial aspects of my purchase. On my way out of the show room, I had a change of heart, I began to second guess my decision again.I was not happy with the decision I made. Most people in car sales would have thought I was not serious about making a purchase, and would have gotten impatient with me, if not angry at this point.After working 12 hours, and being tired, Making a decisison was difficult for me at this time. After deliberating for several hours, constantly changing my mind, I had hard feelings... FOR MYSELF! I felt so bad putting Andrew through this crazy run around. He never once lost patience,or showed any sign of annoyance, quite the contrary. He was so pleasant caring and helpful, that I was able to calm down,talk things through with him and make the final decision... the right decision. In the end ,I ended up realizing that the car I originally came to buy, was the right choice for me. Andrew once again went through all the efforts to get my deal finalized. David, had to redo my papers again, also being so understanding, friendly and patient, never once making me feel like I was a problem. He also reinforced what Andrew emphasized the entire time I was there..That he wanted me to be happy with my purchase.Andrew escorted me to my new car, and gave me detailed instructions of how to operate it. All of this after I had kept him busy for 3 hours, and he still made more time for me, to ensure I was happy, safe and secure with my new car. This is a great dealer. Our son needed a car and we weren't sure if we wanted new or used so we got to sample a little of each. Test drives for each of us if we wanted.
