I felt very comfortable--not pressured at all--he is very knowledgeable and personable. He seemed just as pleased as I was when the deal was finalized. He went over every aspect of the SUV and when I drove away, I felt "at home" in my new 2010 CR-V. I called my insurance company to report the trade-in and new purchase, and he had already contacted them with all the information! Mr, Matteo was very accommodating and resourceful in resolving an issue I had with my radiator. It took a few day to resolve, but he kept me aware of the status of my order.
