I woke up on Monday Morning to discover I had a dead car battery. I called honda service manager Elmer and was very upset and I was given a number to call for a tow truck. Mr, Matteo was very accommodating and resourceful in resolving an issue I had with my radiator. It took a few day to resolve, but he kept me aware of the status of my order.
