I have used Motor Cars in the past for service on my Toyota Camry. The service department is top notch. Why go anywhere else to have service performed? I no longer have time to work on my daily driven vehicles and do not have time for the retail auto repair shops. I have used many different repair shops in the area and Motorcars is the best by far. The service department is open til 3am. I can make my appointments online and have received a loaner for no charge when a special part had to be ordered over a weekend. The quality is excellent--I have never had to bring the car back after using the service department. I was so pleased with the service department that when I found a low mileage used VW Passat wagon on the Motorcars website I had my wife go to the dealer the next day to check the car out. I was not able to go to the dealership that day to see the car so Sandra the saleswoman held the car overnight in order for me to come in and see the car. I ended up buying the VW and trading in my pt cruiser. I was given a fair amount for my trade in and the price of the Passat was competitive. I had many questions regarding my options to pay for the new used car and Sandra, the finance person, and sales manager were helpful in letting me know my options. I even had them stay over closing time to finish the paperwork and I was very grateful that we finished the transaction that day so I would not have to make another trip out to the dealer to sign papers. I have had to car for a little over a week and I am very happy with the Passat. Too bad its cold and snowy because I want to open the windows and sunroof and cruise down the road. Once my son was in an accident on a Wednesday evening in January. He skidded and hit the curb and damaged part of the steering. He needed to return to school on Sunday morning. We brought the car in that evening. (Service department is open until 2AM). They started to work on the car that night. Ordered the parts Thursday morning for next day delivery and completed the work by Friday afternoon. My son was able to get back to school on time. More

Recently, we went in for service and learned that our Honda CRV (which we had also pu downtown) for years for regular maintenance on our two Hondas. Recently, we went in for service and learned that our Honda CRV (which we had also purchased from Motorcars over 10 years ago) would require more work (and money) than we anticipated. It had 148,000 miles; so we were not surprised. Honda’s service department thoroughly explained the transmission issues and the costs for repair. We decided to instead apply that money to the purchase of a new CRV. The Honda service group recommended that we speak to Rick Hammer in the sales department. Rick was attentive as we provided him with details about what we were planning to purchase. He made his schedule flexible for us and met with us immediately. Rick had exactly what we were looking for on the lot and had it waiting on us for a test drive during our first meeting. Thanks to Rick's professionalism and courteousness, our purchase of a new CRV was an easy, quick process. I purchased a 2008 HONDA ACCORD V6MT Navi from Motorcars Honda and could have not been happier. This was an Out of state purchase since i live in GA and the car was in OH. So all in all i had NO extra expense! What else could i ask for! Andrew Charielle who is the AVF manager was my sales person and he did a great job, Above and Beyond my expectations. According to my wife, including tax and all fees, we saved over $5000 for the same model in Toronto, Canada. Andrew Chiarelli, the salesman, handles everything, inclding the veihcle registration, liscense plate, etc. There is no hassling, no back and forth. It was a one stop deal. we highly recommed this dealer. More
