She arranged for me to come in immiediatly for a new battery. I was in and out in a very short time with a brand new battery at a reasonable price. I invariably find georgiann to be knowledgable, friendly and helpful. As a matter of fact she goes beyond the call of duty in her desire to be helpful. She takes my problems seriously and does everything in her power to solve them in a satisfactory manner. I have been buying cars from Honda and getting them serviced for over 20 years now and in all of that time I have never been disappointed in the quality of the service. Recently, I needed an oil change. I was able to schedule an appointment online. The service team completed my oil change in a timely manner. They even came out to give me an update on my car.
