The sales guy, Dylan was a solid dude, really helped me through the leasing process and he even helped me move my stuff from my old car to my new one, which I’m pretty sure he didn’t have to do. The finance guy, Charles was also a really good guy and helped me get a payment plan that worked out, without making any serious sacrifices. Plus, he dumbed down a lot of the finance lingo that I wasn’t familiar with so I knew what I was signing up for. Would recommend to friends and family, and am having my brother go in the next month as he’s been in the market for a lease! More

One of their agents, Wendy McPherson, gave me the best sales experience I've ever had--in any realm of sales. Due to my job, it is always difficult making appointments during business hours, and I had to come later in the day (nearly around close). Despite this, she got me in right away, answered all of my questions, and made the process of purchasing the car incredibly easy. She truly went above and beyond with the time she took to make sure I had everything I needed, and in doing so made the process amazingly fluid. Even after I moved onto the accountants, she stuck around well after close to help (I'm sure I ruined any of her Friday evening plans in the process, but she never said a word). During what was clearly a busy day, she remained so incredibly sweet and helpful, and made me feel like I was the only customer there. This was the first time I've ever purchased a car, and I feel spoiled that I had such a wonderful experience. I absolutely love my Civic, but my true loyalty to the brand stems from the folks who have taken care of it. Many thanks, Wendy, and many thanks to Foundation Honda! More
