Recently, I needed an oil change. I was able to schedule an appointment online. The service team completed my oil change in a timely manner. They even came out to give me an update on my car. I have used Motor Cars in the past for service on my Toyota Camry. The service department is top notch. Why go anywhere else to have service performed? I no longer have time to work on my daily driven vehicles and do not have time for the retail auto repair shops. I have used many different repair shops in the area and Motorcars is the best by far. The service department is open til 3am. I can make my appointments online and have received a loaner for no charge when a special part had to be ordered over a weekend. The quality is excellent--I have never had to bring the car back after using the service department. I was so pleased with the service department that when I found a low mileage used VW Passat wagon on the Motorcars website I had my wife go to the dealer the next day to check the car out. I was not able to go to the dealership that day to see the car so Sandra the saleswoman held the car overnight in order for me to come in and see the car. I ended up buying the VW and trading in my pt cruiser. I was given a fair amount for my trade in and the price of the Passat was competitive. I had many questions regarding my options to pay for the new used car and Sandra, the finance person, and sales manager were helpful in letting me know my options. I even had them stay over closing time to finish the paperwork and I was very grateful that we finished the transaction that day so I would not have to make another trip out to the dealer to sign papers. I have had to car for a little over a week and I am very happy with the Passat. Too bad its cold and snowy because I want to open the windows and sunroof and cruise down the road.
