I took my car to Motorcars Honda for service because when I started the car, it sounded very loud as if I were giving it gas. Also, there was noise coming from under the car when I went over bumps. She explained the problem in great detail. It turned out the problem I had was the body shield and heatshield were loose. She arranged for me to come in immiediatly for a new battery. I was in and out in a very short time with a brand new battery at a reasonable price. I invariably find georgiann to be knowledgable, friendly and helpful. As a matter of fact she goes beyond the call of duty in her desire to be helpful. She takes my problems seriously and does everything in her power to solve them in a satisfactory manner.
