As usual dealing with Burt was great. I like his low key approach to selling cars. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and is very helpful in getting the information to you on the vehi approach to selling cars. Very personable, informative & showed great compassion. Not only did I get what I was looking for, extras were added at no additional cost that were greatly appreciated and will have an positiv compassion. Not only did I get what I was looking for, extras were added at no additional cost that were greatly appreciated and will have an positive impact on maintenance costs. Still recovering from breast cancer, they were very sensitive to my condition and took in to consideration how over a year of medical treatment can adversely affect someones credit. The process was painless and I am quite satisfied with the whole experience. More
Andrew went far and beyond what I would have expected from any salesmen. Other than being a nice guy and a real pleasure to deal with there were two things that shocked me. When I picked up the car we noticed a scratch on the windshield. Andrew had the windshield replaced for me. also two weeks after buying the car he called me to let me know that the previous owner had dropped off some accessories for the car that she forgot about. When I showed up he had about $200 worth of extras for the car. Most dealers would have sold them and pocketed the cash. I will definitely buy my next car from Andrew. More

We are return customers to Motorcars Honda, looking to get another Civic Hybrid. We are replacing/adding to the already 9 year old Civic Hybrid that our son is taking over.(50.3 mgp average on 3,000 mile get another Civic Hybrid. We are replacing/adding to the already 9 year old Civic Hybrid that our son is taking over.(50.3 mgp average on 3,000 mile trip to Colorado at >150,000 mi and 9 yrs old!) Motorcars offers "points" for servicing at the dealership, which created a point=dollar discount that could not be beat. We did shop around and found the other dealership's salesperson to be friendly and pleasant, but the discount from years of service at Motorcars was too good to be matched. Andrew Chiarelli, our salesperson, was friendly, willing to spend time with us, straightforward, and accomodating. He was able to beat the prie of the other dealership significantly, because of the service points accumulated, but did not try to wriggle out of them or come up with reasons they did not apply. It was a pleasure to work with him. Motorcars Honda Service personnel are also very nice and accomodating. Their hours, until 3am on weekdays, is crazy and very helpful for folks looking to drop off a car and still get to work on time! I appreciate their extended hours and the staff. Cookies help make the bill easier to take. I recommend Motorcars Honda to anyone looking to buy a Honda. More
Andrew went above and beyond for me--i originally wanted a black Accord, which he found, and then I changed my mind and wanted white. While it was not easy,he scrambled and found the white one, drove 2 hour a black Accord, which he found, and then I changed my mind and wanted white.
