No one had called to let me know it was there. Also, Burt was not well informed about the stability control (on/off, what it's for, etc.) mechanism in the CR-V. These are pretty minor problems. I am delighted with the car. (I would have liked to get my first choice for color. In all the years - since 1987 - we've been buying cars from Motorcars, it's seldom happened. I don't know if we are just unlucky or if that's an area where Motorcars staff doesn't exert as much effort as they might. My 1989 Honda Accord died suddenly and I was desperate for a car. Unfortunaely due to a variety of circumstances, my credit rating was less than top notch. I thought I would have to get a used vehicle, which I was okay with as I have a long love for Honda's, but Andrew helped me to get a brand new Accord! I am thrilled with my purchase, and when the need arises again, I will not hesistate to return to Honda Motorcars, and to seek out the assistance of Andrew. Suddenly entering the used car market (my former car died sooner than i expected) i was NOT thrilled about having to face the car market. i looked at cars through Craigslist but had very mixed results. I went after looking at their website. Marcus made all the difference in the world! He was the perfect blend of professionalism and fun which was just what i needed. During the several visits i made to the dealership, everyone i encountered was welcoming and not intrusive. I felt comfortable and taken care of. And my transaction was not as straightforward as it was meant to be--when i went to pick up my new used car, a customer hit it in their parkinglot before Marcus could bring it around. I was given a free loaner for the week and repairs were completed so beautifully i couldn't see where the damage had been. All in all i was extremely happy with my experience there and would go back again. More
