This was my first Honda, my wife has purchased 3 Honda's from Andrew and my daughter has purchased 1 from him. I have always been a GM guy, but at 55 years old I will never buy anything but a Honda for as from Andrew and my daughter has purchased 1 from him. This is my story...I had a 2009 Pontiac G6 that I never really liked, but was given such a good deal I took it so I could be bailed out of a bad situation with my Chevy. So I got this Pontiac with 66 payments on it, and that is a long time when you don't really like a car. So my wife suggested that I go see Andrew, and my response was why would he want a Pontiac with 39 payments left on it? So I went and talked to him and he worked his magic to get me into a 2012 Honda Accord with only 35 payments left to pay, and with no money down my payments only went up $18. I was absolutely shocked! Andrew wasn't done there though, when I told him I would miss my XM radio that was in my Pontiac, he suggested that he could call XM and see about getting the parts to have it installed in the Honda. He spent 45 minutes on the phone with them, but he finally got them to send me the receiver and the rest of the parts. Once I received them I called Andrew and he told me to come up to the dealership and he would install it. Again I was shocked that he spent his valuable time installing the system, he was under no obligation he already had the sale 10 days earlier. Now I have my new Honda with XM radio and I love it. I will be back in 2014 when my lease is up, and I will make sure that Andrew Chiarelli gets my business. More

Ken was awesome and friendly from the moment I met him in the parking lot. He was clear and concise in explaining how Motorcars sells cars. Gloria was great. We called from out of town to discuss the car we purchased and she met with us the very next evening ( from her normal business hours). She was very friendly and down to earth. He recently contacted me to upgrade our CRV 5 months before lease end, no extra cost, a reduced monthly amount on the ne very proactive on my behalf.
