Unfortunately it will not be a good review of the service that has been provided to me with the purchase of my new vehicle. At the time of purchase I was given one (1) key for the vehicle that was in very ba that has been provided to me with the purchase of my new vehicle. At the time of purchase I was given one (1) key for the vehicle that was in very bad shape. I mentioned to Marcus that I would like a replacement key given to me in order to move on with the vehicle purchase, in which we then filled out paperwork to recieve a new key. I recieved a phone call from Marcus a couple days later saying that the new key order had been placed, but unfortuanately would take 1 to 2 months to get in due to the time frame from SAAB. After the time period had elapsed I followed up with Marcus on the status of the key, and was very dissappointed when he told me that the order was not placed and I had to go to a SAAB dealership on my own expense to recieve a key. Since then I have left two messages for sales managers and have not recieved a call back. It is very upseting to me that number one you would allow a key in the shape that I recieved it to be given to a customer that purchased a vehicle off of your lot, and number two to not honor a promise that was given to a customer at the time of the purchase. More

Andrew did a terrific job bringing solutions to me as I was in the market for a CRV. Went out of his way to email pictures and even videos of cars that came onto the lot that I may have been interested in was in the market for a CRV. Went out of his way to email pictures and even videos of cars that came onto the lot that I may have been interested in. Best part was the ability to sit in his office and obtain all pricing and financing options (both lease and buy) without any back-and-forth at all with other dealership personnel. He also did a great job staying in touch via email and via text messaging. Overall the dealer site is very clean and very well-maintained. More

My mom was looking for a nice used Honda CR-V EXL. I found a nice one on the Motorcars site, and sent in an email for more information. Ken Rainey contacted me, and we discussed a few options. I met my mom at the dealership, and Ken worked with us to evaluate the two used CR-Vs that were closest to what she wanted. Then we compared these to buying a new one, factoring the warranty, price, financing, and my mom's comfort level with new vs used (she has always purchase new, but was seriously considering used due to Honda's quality and ratings). It turned out that the new car was the option my mom was most comfortable with, so she decided on the color an one add-on option, and Ken went to work locating one for her. He brought the car in, had the back-up sensors installed, and delivered the car to her home all within a few days. He spent quite a bit of time with her covering all of the controls and functions of the vehicle, then drove away in her trade-in vehicle. He has since answered some additional questions on "how to" do something in the CR-V, like how to use an accessory. The overall experience was far better than we had at any other Honda dealer, and this is why she purchase the car there in one visit. Ken gets the highest rating from us for patience, product knowledge, and service! We will be asking for Ken again in the future when we are shopping for a new or used Honda or Toyota! More

My Honda Accord is almost 10 years old, and running so well, that it's hard to justify getting a new car, but I will certainly use your dealership forever! When I was recently in for a quick new battery replacement, I told this story about your service department and was asked to send it in to you. My favorite story about your service department and the Best Bargain I Ever Got happened a few years ago. I often work all night and drive back and forth at night to University Hospitals as an ObGYN, and my car and its dependability, reliability and availabilty are crucial to my actual survival and safety. On morning, about 7 a.m., I was leaving the hospital and was pulled over by a Cleveland Heights Policeman because one of my car lights was out. He did not give me a ticket (!!), but warned me to get it fixed and since I was near the dealership and didn't have any other time to schedule a repair, I just drove right in and asked for help. The service employee showed me into the lounge, showed me where the coffee and cookies were and I sat down on a comfy couch. Having worked all night, I promptly fell asleep after eating some cookies, and was awakened about 45 minutes later with a gentle tap on the shoulder. The serviceman said that all I needed was a fuse for the light and that the car was fixed and they had run it through the complimentary carwash also. The total bill was about $3 or something really cheap like that.. I was only charged for the actual fuse. So, for just that couple of dollars, I had my car fixed, a car wash, breakfast and a nap... the best bargain and the best hour I have spent. I can't thank you all for the times I have used your service for routine maintenance and the few repairs or updates I have scheduled....Your service and kindness are legendary!! The entire sales experience was taylored by Noah to meet my needs and comfort level. I do not enjoy haggling over price or wasting my time being shown vehicles I don't like or can't afford.
