Was not planning to go to Motorcars as I had planned to go to another dealer to trade in my son's car. When that fell through last minute I figured I would browse MOtorcars. Paul Spencer greeted me as I walked through the salesroom. He was gracious and friendly and patient. He got a price for my trade-in while I drove a few used CRV's. I had to go to surgery and my wife came by to test drive a few. I came back late on a Saturday afternoon and we finished the deal. It's nice not having to haggle over a price, you either like it or you don't. Paperwork was done and I drove home the new used car that evening. Painless experience. More

I did not know I was going to purchase a car the day I I did not know I was going to purchase a car the day I did but, Noah was very relaxed and took alot of time to show me some used CRV's. He was very prompt with getting me the keys to the vehicles I was interested in and offered to either let me test them myself or come with me if I wanted. It took the better part of a day but with all the attention given to me I was able to concentrate on the aspects of each car. When I've gone to other dealers, which recently had been to 2 others, it seemed like the dealers were juggling a bunch of clients and asked me a number of times to hold on etc. So, I felt like Noah was very straight forward without trying to instantly make a sale. So far I am very happy with my purchase and would send someone to your dealership without hesitation. I feel Noah is an asset to your company and is a very intelligent young man. Good sales person when someone can make other people feel at ease without pressuring them since buying a car is a big investment and people want to feel like they made a good deceision. Also, it was very nice that since I didn't have another person to drive for me, he drove the new car to my house so I could drop off my car which made everything so much easier. I first met Ken 6-7 months ago. I came in just to gather information. He was terrific. He took lots of time to show me cars and answer my questions even though he knew I was not ready to buy. Andrew was recommended by a good friend and her husband, both of whom purchased a car from him. My car was totaled in an accident. I had been a Lexus owner for almost 19 years and it was very difficult for both of whom purchased a car from him. My car was totaled in an accident. I had been a Lexus owner for almost 19 years and it was very difficult for me to change. However, Andrew was such a great salesperson, he followed through on everything he said he would do, and had incredible product knowledge of both Honda's and Toyota's. He convinced me that under my circumstances, leasing the Accord was by far the best "deal". The Accord is a great car but, while I must admit to missing my Lexus, Andrew made the entire process incredibly easy. He is at his core a good person and one of the best at what he does. Brian, in finance was wonderful to work with as well. I would highly recommend working with Andrew and Honda/Toyota Motorcars. More
