I would have left less than one star if it was an option. The service department is unethical and has no business integrity. They have had my car for nine weeks and it still is not fixed properly. I put in a deposit of $500 and later decided not to go forward with it. They promised me a 2 week refund time. It's been 16 weeks and they totally ghosted me. Iv visited the dealership 3 times and only got excuses. When I call, they just transfer my call to a voicemail for which i have never gotten a response for. If it takes time, it takes time. I'm fine with that. But just ghosting me feels really sketchy and unprofessional. I hope I can get my money back. If the staff say "it's a hassle free refund if you don't go forward with the purchase", it's time to be cautious. More
