My husband and I recently bought a used Odyssey, which was the third vehicle that we have bought this year! We always dread buying new vehicles because of the "haggling" and discomforts that are so typic was the third vehicle that we have bought this year! We were both VERY pleased with the ease of the entire process and the yummy complimentary cookies! I loved how Jennifer told us the dealership's mission statement when we arrived, and it is obvious that the sales team really believes in it! Everyone from door to door was genuinely polite and helpful, especially our salesperson Jennifer Ross. She was exceptional in that she gave us the perfect amount of info on the vehicles that we looked at, and was receptive to our questions/concerns, but ultimately, she let my husband and I decide which vehicle would work best for our family. The best part was that right from the beginning of the buying process, we were given a very accurate "ball-park figure" for our monthly payment, so we felt comfortable with proceeding. There were not any "surprises," except for good ones! For instance, without us even asking, Jennifer facilitated ordering a missing seat pad and 2 head rests to make our new vehicle complete! We also had our 18 month old son with us, who left a trail of cookie crumbs throughout the dealership and a greasy mouth print on Jennifer's cubicle's glass wall, and she was wonderful and laughed at how he aspired to entertain everyone as we did the paper work. It was truly a pleasure working with Jennifer, and all of the staff at Honda Motor Cars. More

Car shopping is not my most favorite thing to do. Ken was honest and up front about our trade in evaluation and we were very encouraged. We live in Pittsburgh so we took a risk driving to Cleveland Heights to "maybe" buy this vehicle. We were pleasantly surprised about the level of customer service Ken provided. He was so friendly and answered all of our questions thoroughly. At all times we felt like he was being totally open about what he could do for us on price and about the vehicle itself. We spent quite a bit of time there working through the financing and also enjoyed our experience with Chuck Riley in the Financing department. We had a couple of challenges using outside financing and the fact that it was a weekend. Both Chuck and Ken worked with us, spent quite a bit of time with us and ultimately we made the decision to buy the Honda Pilot. We are very satisfed and would recommend their dealership to anyone. Wow - Gloria Shirilla is by far the very best car dealer that I have ever worked with!!!! I have always had very good car buying experiences, but Gloria far exceeded my expectations. It was my good luck that day that a manager directed me to Gloria. She very quickly determined what I was looking for and narrowed my focus to several vehicles to consider so I wouldn't feel overwhelmed by the choices. We test drove the vehicles and had some wonderful conversations during the rides - which made it that much more fun for me! With Gloria's vast experience and innate understanding of people, she chose one car in particular for my first test drive and that was the perfect car for me! I purchased a Certified Honda with all the bells and whistles for a terrific price! I had done my homework and knew it's value thinking I'd have to haggle over the price.
