My husband and I were looking for a used Honda, low mileage, certain attributes and of course, for the right price. We found it online and contacted the Motorcars dealership. We were pleasantly surprised about the level of customer service Ken provided. He was so friendly and answered all of our questions thoroughly. At all times we felt like he was being totally open about what he could do for us on price and about the vehicle itself. We spent quite a bit of time there working through the financing and also enjoyed our experience with Chuck Riley in the Financing department. We had a couple of challenges using outside financing and the fact that it was a weekend. Both Chuck and Ken worked with us, spent quite a bit of time with us and ultimately we made the decision to buy the Honda Pilot. We are very satisfed and would recommend their dealership to anyone.
