We were there for 3 hours the first night, and had to come back to close the following day to finish closing for another hour. Andrew Chiarelli was fantastic. We spoke on the phone before I visited the dealership and due to the distance he said he wanted to go out and touch the car prior to my coming up to make sure they actuall before I visited the dealership and due to the distance he said he wanted to go out and touch the car prior to my coming up to make sure they actually had it still and then confirmed there were no deposits from another potential buyer before I made the drive. I mentioned on the phone what I thought was a fair price and when I got there the price he offered the car at was a very reasonable counter. While my daugher and I took the car for a test drive he actually washed and detailed our car we drove to the dealership. What an unexpected extra touch. He then washed and detailed the new car while we signed all the paperwork. He made the whole process very pleasant for my daughter who the car is for and me. My husband and I recently bought a used Odyssey, which was the third vehicle that we have bought this year! We were both VERY pleased with the ease of the entire process and the yummy complimentary cookies! I loved how Jennifer told us the dealership's mission statement when we arrived, and it is obvious that the sales team really believes in it! Everyone from door to door was genuinely polite and helpful, especially our salesperson Jennifer Ross. She was exceptional in that she gave us the perfect amount of info on the vehicles that we looked at, and was receptive to our questions/concerns, but ultimately, she let my husband and I decide which vehicle would work best for our family. The best part was that right from the beginning of the buying process, we were given a very accurate "ball-park figure" for our monthly payment, so we felt comfortable with proceeding. There were not any "surprises," except for good ones! For instance, without us even asking, Jennifer facilitated ordering a missing seat pad and 2 head rests to make our new vehicle complete! We also had our 18 month old son with us, who left a trail of cookie crumbs throughout the dealership and a greasy mouth print on Jennifer's cubicle's glass wall, and she was wonderful and laughed at how he aspired to entertain everyone as we did the paper work. It was truly a pleasure working with Jennifer, and all of the staff at Honda Motor Cars. More

I told Rick what I was looking for in terms of monthly cost, features, and so on and he very happily provided me the service I've always wanted from a car salesperson but very rarely get. He made this leasing experience one of the very best I've had and I am very excited about the service plan and the car that he helped line me up with. I would recommend him to anyone.
