NOAH DANIEL and Honda Motorcars are the best option for new/used car!!! Let me start by stating that if I had to choose between a root canal without Novocain and buying a new car, I would have to seri new/used car!!! I am an avid researcher ( hazard of being an Attorney) and literally spent months evaluating ALL of my options. I visited every make of car dealership in the area and then when I narrowed my choice to a Honda CRV, visited many dealerships. Without question, Honda Motorcars was the exception to the painful process. Particularly the Sales Rep NOAH DANIEL. It was such a difference on all levels. We showed up literally 5 minutes before the dealership closed on a Saturday ( we were across street looking at a Toyota option) and figured we would just look at a car on the floor and come back the following week. Noah was so cool about everything and stayed late and took us on a test drive of TWO cars. The customer service is unparalleled. We were willing to come back, and let him know that it wasnt a problem based on when we showed up. He really went above and beyond by staying. We were treated very differently at other dealerships. The entire process was amazing. I looked at a few other Honda dealers after and was even more impressed with an apple to apple comparison. I knew I would only deal with Noah even if I had to pay a little more, however, I ended up getting the same deal and a better trade with Motorcars. They treat the trade as a separate transaction ( another great move on their part!). Noah handled everything else over the phone and literally drove the new car to my home and took my trade with him. Due to the experience I opted to also take advantage of their "Platinum AutoAwards" option. Which has already paid for itself. I will save myself a lot of time and aggravation the next time I buy a car. I will only deal with NOAH DANIEL and Motorcars. More

I was in a dire situation with regards to needing a vehicle in order to get to work. Car buying is not one of my favorite experiences, but the care that I received during the process of purchasing the vehicle in order to get to work. My wife bought a 2005 crv in october of 2004 from motor cars honda.before that,I never was familiar with the dealership.I am very satisfied with the durability of the vehicle.i was not to pleased with the cars honda.before that,I never was familiar with the dealership.I am very satisfied with the durability of the vehicle.i was not to pleased with the sales woman, after the fact that she lied to my wife about having a 10 year bumper to bumper warranty, that we paid $1800.00 for.my wife told me it was good for 10 years or 100,000 miles.we still do not have that kind of mileage and our warranty is up.Also,after an accident I used your body shop once and never will again.I was told the body shop is not affiliated with the dealership so I will not hold that against the rating of the dealership.I do not remember the guys name who rides a harley over there.He is extremely arrogent and acts like he could not be replaced.He also is a cumpulsive lier which cost me extra money out of my pocket.This all could of been avoided, if he was a straight up person.I am not going into details about these incidents but have decided to bring them up because i never have before.But as you can see,I would have good reason not to have given you a 5 star rating accross the board.The reason I have, is because of one person,which is georgiane perno.She is one of the most gacious people I have come accross in my life and will do what she can to make things right by people.Besides my wife and myself i am sure other people feel the same about her.If you ever lose her,you would be losing a top rated asset to your dealership.If it was not for her,I would of never wasted my time writing this because me and my wife would of gone elsewhere,years ago. Andrew was not my salesperson for my 2012 Honda CRV but he stepped in when I needed him and "adopted" me when I needed help. We have purchased three vehicles from Motorcars and every one of them has been he stepped in when I needed him and "adopted" me when I needed help. The reasons why I was so satisfied are these: I originally came in looking for a used vehicle in a certain price range and then changed my mind and lowered the range. Andrew was very flexible and worked hard to find cars in inventory that fit what I was looking for. All the while he was very friendly and informative about the models I was interested in as well as looking up vehicle history so I could make a decision I would be comfortable with. The Civic I chose had good service work performed - new brakes and an oil leak repair that made it drive like new. Once I had chosen this reasonably priced car, Andrew took care of everything. This included contacting my insurance agent to add the car to my policy and having the car detail touched up so taking delivery was a pleasure.
