In 2004 I purchased a Honda Civic Hybrid and just yesterday leased a CRV from Andrew Chiarelli. I knew when I started the new car process that I wanted to buy from Andrew. He is knowledgable, friendly and will go the extra mile. He showed me all the features of the CRV and answered each one of my concerns with facts. He worked to get me the best price. If I have any problem with my Honda I know I can call Andrew or the service department and get prompt support. I highly recommend Andrew and Motorcars Honda. More
My overall experience was very pleasant and painless. I found the dealer on line through auto trader looking for a Toyota 4Runner. When I called the dealers number I was courteously transferred to Ray in s found the dealer on line through auto trader looking for a Toyota 4Runner. When I called the dealers number I was courteously transferred to Ray in sales (Not true of other places I called). Ray answered all of my questions and even did some digging and inquiries on the 4Runner I was interested in. After some emails and calls I was satisfied that the vehicle I was interested in was well represented to me I went ahead with the purchase. Ray went the extra mile and even picked me up at the airport (I flew in from out of State). I would definitely recommend this dealer to others and in particular Ray he was easy going and knowledgeable. More
Tim is my go-to Service Adviser in the mornings. Clear, straight-forward, thorough ...the repair cost he quotes me is the repair cost I get. You may deal with the Sales Department once during the life of the vehicle, but you'll be interacting with the Service Department two to three times per year --if you're taking good care of it. I had a very positive experience. The salesperson Burt Weiss was very helpful in my initial visit, indicating some of the good features of the CR-V and quickly arranging for us to take a test drive. He was there for any questions I had but was not pushy, which I appreciated as I was at that time exploring different cars/options. I really get turned off by people who pressure me. He followed up with helpful emails and when I decided I was serious about purchasing the car, he quickly found what I wanted and also provide useful information about the different model options etc and another test drive in which he showed some of the additional feature of the car. Overall this was one of the best experience I have had in purchasing cars, of which I have purchased quite a few in my 68 years. Lynn Landmesser More
