My overall experience was very pleasant and painless. I found the dealer on line through auto trader looking for a Toyota 4Runner. When I called the dealers number I was courteously transferred to Ray in s found the dealer on line through auto trader looking for a Toyota 4Runner. When I called the dealers number I was courteously transferred to Ray in sales (Not true of other places I called). Ray answered all of my questions and even did some digging and inquiries on the 4Runner I was interested in. After some emails and calls I was satisfied that the vehicle I was interested in was well represented to me I went ahead with the purchase. Ray went the extra mile and even picked me up at the airport (I flew in from out of State). I had a very positive experience. The salesperson Burt Weiss was very helpful in my initial visit, indicating some of the good features of the CR-V and quickly arranging for us to take a test drive. He was there for any questions I had but was not pushy, which I appreciated as I was at that time exploring different cars/options. I really get turned off by people who pressure me. He followed up with helpful emails and when I decided I was serious about purchasing the car, he quickly found what I wanted and also provide useful information about the different model options etc and another test drive in which he showed some of the additional feature of the car.
