Andrew provided us with the best sales experience we've had so far. (That includes the experience we had with Toyota Motor Cars across the street which we felt was very good too!) Upon arrival at the dealership found that the 2011 Honda Pilot was exactly as described on the internet and over the phone by my salesman. Perfect in every way. While our salesman was finalizing insurance verification, Sales Manager Ken Rainey, recognizing that it was late in the day on a Friday, took the time with my wife to review all of the features on our newly purchased vehicle--making the most of our time on site. During our test drive and initial fact finding process with the salesman there was some confusion/misunderstanding over the warranty/certification of the vehicle and a couple of other small items discussed with the salesman. I called Ken post purchase and discussed the issues. He was very open to the feedback I presented and took ownership of the issue. After researching he effectively resolved the issue and took what could have been a luke warm experinece to a very positive one with the Motorcars.His focus was on doing the right thing (which I believe he did) with the goal of creating a customer for life. And despite the fact I live over 60 miles away, I believe he's done that. I had heard great things about this dealership and it was clearly demonstrated in Ken's actions. Well done. More
