I bought my first car at Motorcars Honda. My family has bought numerous cars from them and I was very impressed. I went to other dealers and no one lived up to. I am a disabled Veteran, based on a recommendation by USAA I traveled across two states to visit MOTORCARS/HONDA/ TOYOTA /SCION with the intentions of purchasing a used vehicle for my son who goes to col USAA I traveled across two states to visit MOTORCARS/HONDA/ TOYOTA /SCION with the intentions of purchasing a used vehicle for my son who goes to college in Ohio. While on my journey, I met several managers (Trevor and Kevin) and salesman (Ken Rainey and Chuck Lamb). Each person that I met along the way played a role in my decision to purchase a used vehicle from Honda/Scion; however, it was something special and caring about Mr. Ken Rainey that sealed the day. He encouraged me to reach higher for the better long term benefit. He saw a vision that I could not see. Ken Rainey along with his managers Trevor, Kevin and the Finance Department (specifically Ed) worked three days exhausting all avenues to find a vehicle within my budget. They worked aimlessly to reach a deal that was affordable for both my son and I. I have purchased many cars before; however, this was the first time that I cried so hard with tears of joy. Ken Rainey along with ED and others worked miracles that showed me how much Honda/Scion cared and valued me as a customer. Ken Rainey started the ball rolling by listening carefully and strategized with others on how to work around my financial woes to close the deal on a 2006 Honda Civic. When the task was accomplished my emotions of joy were uncontrollable - I thought I was dreaming. After three days of hard work and patience, I left Ohio with the mission that I came to accomplish and that was to see my son in a safe reliable vehicle. As a caring mother, I can now rest at night knowing that my son does not have to walk in the late night hours - he can now drive a Honda from Motorcars/Scion. In the very near future I will buy another vehicle for myself. I will once again travel through two states to visit Honda/Scion with the intentions of doing business with Ken Rainey. This is the second new car I have leased from Motorcars Honda. I stopped by to find out what steps I needed to take to turn my lease in three months from now. I left in a brand new leased car. I wanted to upgrade to a higher model and Andrew took the time to show me the deals they had in the 2013 models and showed me the deal I could get in a 2012 clearance model. I turned in my 2010 and left in a good deal in the 2013. I did not use their service center in the past but I will with this car. I did not realize they had a service center downtown. If that experience is anything like the sales department I know I will be well taken care of. More

I bought two cars (96 Civic, 02 Accord) over the course of 15 years from Motorcars Honda and had them both serviced there exclusively. Never had a single problem. You could not ask for better service or fo of 15 years from Motorcars Honda and had them both serviced there exclusively. Never had a single problem. Easy to make appointments, hours make it convenient, always got my car back in excellent condition (no dirty interiors, etc). Everything is always explained to me before, during (calls during the day to update me on status--I never had to call them or chase them down) and when picking up my car. Got a Honda?
