Went to MotorCars initially just looking at some cars to replace my girlfriend's VW Beetle. Ken Rainey was friendly and a pleasure to deal with from the very first minute. My girlfriend had a good idea of replace my girlfriend's VW Beetle. Ken Rainey was friendly and a pleasure to deal with from the very first minute. My girlfriend had a good idea of what she was looking for in terms of vehicle type/size and what she wanted to pay monthly. We let Ken know off the bat that we definitely were not buying that day, and that we weren't sure if she'd be buying at all, since her car was in the shop and we were waiting to hear what the repairs might cost. That didn't phase him at all - we initially looked at used cars in her price range online and then walked out to the lot, where Ken walked with us and explained with any questions we had. He went on one test drive with us, and let us take another on our own. He also provided us with some other options, including a great model-year-end lease special on 2012 Civics. He literally gave us every piece of information we wanted and helped show us some things we didn't know. She signed papers to lease the 2012 Civic two days later, and Ken even came in on his day off, a significant drive from where he lives, to ensure that the delivery process went smoothly. Ken is a FANTASTIC salesman, and an awesome person to deal with from start to finish. We will certainly be talking to him when it's time for another car. More
