We called the dealer to inquire about deal they might have on new Civics. We had an Accord that was coming off lease and were interested in getting another car. Gloria answered the phone, told us the deal that was available and we began the negotiations over the phone with her. We decided to go to the dealership to complete the process. She was great, already had the basic paperwork pulled on us ( we are repeat customers whit this location), we selected a color of the car that we were interested in and drove it. She started the final paperwork and then we had to leave due to time constraints in our schedule. Gloria had everything ready for us when we arrived the next day and we were able to go through the financing and drive away a short time later. I keep coming back to this Honda dealership because of the fabulous customer service. They don't play games and I am always pleased with the product. More

My car was totaled on February 20, 2013. I am an educator and a performer with a lot of commitments. Reliable transportation is essential to my lifestyle. My plan was to drive my car for another year or two before I buy a new one, but unfortunately, Cleveland's winter weather altered that plan for me. I was advised by my insurance company that I had a rental car for three more days. I had to make a quick decision about a major financial commitment while working a full time job, a part time job, meeting church obligations and getting my graduate work done. Yes, I was a bit stressed. I called Motorcars Honda on the recommendation of my best friend who had a good experience with the dealership. Thank goodness Ken Rainey answered the phone. I told him the modest settlement I had to work with, and the needs that I had. On February 27, 2013, I left work at 3:40 p.m., picked up the settlement check from my insurance company, deposited it at my bank, drove to Motorcars Honda, test-drove the vehicle that Ken selected for me, and drove off the lot in my 4-wheel drive Honda CR-V at around 6:30 p.m. I left the rental car there for the rental company to pick-up, two days before my rental expired. Mission accomplished with the professional courteous service of Ken Rainey and Noah Daniel. Thanks guys for helping me get back on track. I'll see you in 2015 when I'm ready to by a new car. More

I purchased a certified used Honda and was offered a very fair deal. There is "no pressure" during the sales process. The costs for various cars/options were all printed out so I could make the decision th fair deal. There is "no pressure" during the sales process. It is along the drivers side. After I washed it I noticed some bumps in the unibody near the rear wheel and the front door not lining up quite properly. They were so proud of the clean carfax, which I have come to learn means nothing. Very disappointed in the dishonesty at this dealership. Sorry I bought the car. More

The personal interest and desire to meet my needs was actually quite amazing. Everyone has such positive energy and the friendliness and integrity made my experience enjoyable. I truly wish i had been able to purchase my car from Motor Cars. When looking for a used car, it is kind of a hit and miss thing about where one can find the car that meets their needs the best.
