I just visited Motorcars Honda this week simply just to look at new Civics. Molly was our salesperson and she was very knowledgable about all of the vehicles I was interested in. She took interest in my vehicle preferences and was never pushy or overly coercive. I thought her to be pleasantly straightforward, which is something I admire in a salesperson. If she didn't know the answer to my question, she knew who could answer if for me at the dealership and took the steps toward making that happen. Molly and Noah stayed late for us (along with some of the other staff) to be able to complete the leasing process and never complained once. My mom and I were treated with the utmost respect and were offered refreshments and a comfortable seat while we waited. Molly also followed up the very next morning to schedule my detailing and fill up (she event went through the trouble of dropping me back off at my apartment!). The dealership had my car ready for me hours before I needed to have it back. When I walked in to pick the car up, the employees remembered me and inquired into my satisfaction regarding the new car. I left with the payment price that I was seeking out based on my budget with even more extras and features than I bargained for. I would absolutely recommend any of my friends or family to visit Motorcars Honda for their next lease or purchase. Molly was very professional yet was able to connect with my mom and I personally as well, which made the experience as a whole very rewarding. I had the best experience at Motor Cars Honda of Cleveland Heights. Chuck Lamb and Andrew Chiarelli were both GREAT! Chuck, my salesman, was very helpful and knowledgeable with my car selection (I Cleveland Heights. Chuck Lamb and Andrew Chiarelli were both GREAT! Chuck, my salesman, was very helpful and knowledgeable with my car selection (I am a new [never purchased before] Honda owner) and assisting in getting my payments where I wanted them to be. Andrew assisted with going over all the details of the car, phone set up , etc. He is a saint, and a very patient one at that! For some reason my phone would not connect to the car's bluetooth. Andrew bent over backwards to find the solution as to why it did not connect and I am now talking "handsfree". I can't forget Noah, who assist me with my financing. He made signing my name a joy! We came in to look at either a new Honda Odyssey or a new Pilot. We are very loyal to Motorcars honda, we love the vehicles and the service departments both in Cleveland heights and downtown. We own a 2006 civic and a 2000 Odyssey that had served us well, but were ready for a new vehicle. We came in looking for Burt Weiss on Sunday, march 10th and were lucky to find him working that day. We had purchased our 2006 civic from Burt and have appreciated his consistent followup. We also had the pleasure of meeting Rich Klimkowski. Burt and Rich made a great team. We had pretty much decided that we were getting another Odyssey, as we have loved the car from the first time we drove our 2000 and really did not feel we had a need for 4 wheel drive and we like the ride of the Odyssey. Burt gave us some of the basic details on the differences between the different models and we indicated that we were interested in the EX. Motorcars did not have any of the EX models on the lot. We first looked at and drove an EX-L. I was sold on the leather but my husband felt differently. While Rich took us around in the EX-L, Burt scoured the place and found an LX for us to look at, which is what our 2000 Odyssey was. After spending some time with the LX, we were able to rule that out. Rich took our credit information and promised to get started on Monday morning with the application process. He also helped us obtain our service points, as our card had never been swiped in the service department, even though we always presented it. He then worked to put together a deal for an EX and an EX-L. Both deals were generous, but the extra incentive offered to take one of the EX-L that were on the lot helped us make the decision to go for the EX-L. We picked it up Monday, March 11th after work, along with our civic that had needed a new battery! It was a busy few days for us at Motorcars, but we will definitely recommend Rich and Burt to our friends! Rich was very helpful in going over the new technology in the odyssey and getting us set up before we left. He is friendly and has a great sense of humor, we enjoyed working with him. I have been researching the purchase of a Honda Civic LX for several years via Kelley (KBB), Edmunds, Truecar, CR, etc., and knew the details of models, options, ratings, pricing, etc. When I recently deci for several years via Kelley (KBB), Edmunds, Truecar, CR, etc., and knew the details of models, options, ratings, pricing, etc. When I recently decided to pursue the actual purchase, I requested certified bids via the above sites from virtually all northeast Ohio Honda dealerships. In the process, therefore, I was dealing with as many salesmen. Of all these folks, Ken Rainey stood out as the most knowledgable, professional and one who would work with me. Ultimately, his creativiness/ perseverence/efforts landed me the best deal. I have fairly extensive mechanical/automotive and financial knowledge and Ken was able to assist me in my extensive and exhaustive analysis, moreso than any of the others. The actual visit to purchase was handled effectively and quickly. All the details/explanations/finance were completely covered - which is saying much from a detail oriented person like myself. Also, I must say that Motorcars has been the one dealership that I have gotten the best satisfaction with my previous history of purchases of Hondas and Toyotas. Most importantly (more so than the purchase), this satisfaction extends beyond the mere purchase, but the continuing very important servicing and maitenance of these vehicles - to the point of their long-lives.
