Since when do you not get a full tank of gas when you buy a new car? It's been a while since I bought a car, but, when I spent over $17K, a full tank would have been nice. 2. I didn't notice it when I test drove the car or when I drove it home, but now it's obvious that the previous owner was a smoker. I think they covered it up with air freshener. Hopefully it will go away with time. 3. Although Gloria was very friendly and calls herself the "customer advocate," at the end of the day it was clear who she worked for. We got a good price, a very good price, even (apparently), but she knows who she works for and so should you. All in all, a fair deal, although if the smoky odor doesn't dissipate, I'll be unhappy. More
