I can't say enough about great it was to deal with Shaul Janes. He got me exactly the information I needed, and did not pressure me or try to keep me in the showroom. I told Shaul I was just getting in test drives and he was respectful of my time. We setup an appointment for a different car later in the week, so I again could get the test drive in after work and still be home for dinner. Any answers he didn't have, he followed up promptly with an email rather than guessing/lying or keeping me waiting. Shaul's goal is to find you your automobile shidduch (Hebrew for "perfect match"). My shidduch turned out to be another make, but I wish I could have bought it with Shaul. My wife and I have bought cars at Motorcars before, and the experience has been similar. The sales team here is responsive and respectful, and never use high pressure techniques. The pricing is competitive but the big differentiator is how easy they are to deal with. I recommend Shaul and Motorcars to anyone shopping for a new Honda or Toyota. More
