Andrew is absolutely wonderful...he takes care of me....i recently had a scatic nurve problem and couldn't drive...so I felt better ever dealt with. The service is wonderful there and I have continued to have my car serviced at the Cleveland Heights location since I moved eight years ago. Ken Rainey, my salesman, and Michael Lesko, Retention Specialist, provide amazing customer service! On occasion I have to stop in at other Honda dealers when I am away, and the customer service is still great, but none compare to the courteous and friendly service I get at Motorcars Honda. More

I have dealt with Motorcars Honda for the past 25 years and I would not go to another dealership based on the excellent customer service I have received. I have previously owned 2 Civics and am now drivin and I would not go to another dealership based on the excellent customer service I have received. I have previously owned 2 Civics and am now driving a 1997 Honda Accord with 132,000 miles on it. My brother started buying Hondas after being very unhappy with the qulaity of the American made cars he had been buying. He tried out a Honda before they were American made and has never looked back. He was so happy with his original Accord and Motorcars Honda, that he got my family "hooked" also. I bought my first Civic because I needed a really reliable car and was immediately a fan. I then bought another Civic after giving my first Civic to my older daughter and then when the younger one started to drive, I handed down that Civic and bought an Accord that has been so reliable that I am still driving it. The sales staff was great but what also kep bringing me back to Motorcars was the quality of the service staff. They have always been so helpful and honest about what work has to be performed. They always explain everything that has to be done and why and that that honesty and trust is what I really have come to rely on. My daughters have boht moved to Orlando, FL and have continued in the family Honda tradition. My younger daughter bought a FIT and it was a great "fit" for her and she loves the car. Motorcars should be proud of the people I have dealt with in the service department that include Georgeann, Angie, Wendy and Josh. I just met Michael Lesko who is new to Motorcars Honda and I was immediately impressed with him and I know he will be a great asset to your organization. I am planning on buying a new Honda next year (probably a new Civic because my brother just replaced his Accord with a Civic about a year ago and loves it) and will be sure to come back and see Michael when that time comes. Last evening (3-11-14) I attended my first "New Ownership Workshop" event held at the dealership on quarterly basis. I learned a great deal during the presentation and customer Q&A portion. The high point of the experience was when Andrew Chiarelli, Senior Sales Consultant, offered to accompany me to my vehicle for one-on-one instruction on the display and functions of the LCD screen. Mr. Chiarelli's instruction was very effective and all my questions were patiently answered. In addition to the LED screen information he offered valuable insights regarding the AWD system and the function of the Eco Assist system. It was clear that Mr. Chiarell was prepared to stay with me until I ran out of questions. GREAT SERVICE. I recommend MotorCars Honda to anyone seeking a great vehicle coupled with great service and a most helpful staff. Joe Davis. More
