I Got what I Wanted!! John Hum was an EXCELLENT salesman. He was very kind and I did not feel stressed out. Of note, I would like to say that I have known Vince Treharne for some time and he still remains kind, loving, and is very tentative to my specific need. My :new three-year experience, starting in August 2013, with Motorcars Honda has been wonderful and the Service Department, especially, Angie, too, My previous experience for about 30 years had been with Cleveland Heights Motorcars Toyota. As you can see, I have found a new love for Honda because this is my 2nd lease of a Honda Accord Sedan 4DR EX-L. More

My Sales Consultant, Nagaraju "Cobra" Tulam greeted me less than 5 minutes of my arr From the moment that I arrived, I had a very positive experience. My Sales Consultant, Nagaraju "Cobra" Tulam greeted me less than 5 minutes of my arrival. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately set up a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car and pointed out various details about the car. Cobra was very patient and did not pressure me at all. He was very accommodating. Even after I informed him that I was looking at several other models. He was very open and found a model of another car I intended to look at for a test drive. Cobra was able to get me what I wanted at the price I wanted. I woke up the next day very please with my purchase. Also, Jim Waterwash, Finance Manager was extremely nice and lots of fun.
