Al was a great sales guy. Courteous & helpful as opposed to pushy & non stop talking. Never have I dealt with such a terrible dealership, every part of of buying my vehicle and having it serviced has been a disaster. I made a appointment on the phone to come in and look at the car I get there part of of buying my vehicle and having it serviced has been a disaster. I made a appointment on the phone to come in and look at the car I get there and they can’t find the car come to find out it’s because a manager took it home no big deal but still annoying being that I had a 9am appointment to view the car. So when I was talking to my salesman I made it clear There were two things that I specifically mentioned to him before my purchase I wanted to make sure would taken care of and was told that was “no problem” one of them being that the vehicle came with 2 sets of keys and the other that I tire pressure light addressed and fixed PRIOR to me taking delivery. I come back a few days later to pick up my vehicle after being told it would be ready for me, that couldn’t have been any further from the truth. I come in and meet my sales person and he hands me 1 key and I specifically asked that it would have 2 keys and he said they couldn’t find it but I could buy a extra key then i go to leave and the tire pressure warning light is still on, so they ran it back to service and I waited some time for it and they said that I just needed to drive the car and it would go away. Ok fine at this point I’m Mad and very annoyed about the situation so we agreed that if it didn’t go away they would fix what ever issue it may have, so I’m leaving on my way home and they sold me a care with less than a 1/8th tank of gas wish I saw this when I was in the dealership lot but I was aggravated about the other issues. So I text my salesman about setting up a appointment since the light never went off and he claimed to get me all set for Saturday morning, ok great but he never said what time so I called the service department and was told to come in at 7:30 when they open and that’s perfect for me. So I pull in the service writer has no idea about me coming in and said they only do oil changes on Saturdays so after talking to the manager they agreed to look at my car. So I sit and wait for it to be fixed and they said 2 tire pressure sensors needed replaced 7 HOURS later I’m still sitting waiting for my car to be fixed. Totally unacceptable never have I had such a terrible experience at a dealership and the fact I was lied to straight to my face is so wrong. More
We also concur with the many others who have stated in their reviews that this dealer is sleazy. They are BEYOND sleazy!!! We went in to this dealer to look for a vehicle for my daughter. They nickle and dimed us, but we finally came to an agreement and began the paperwork. While signing our life away, we got to the financing/price portion of the paperwork. Upon reviewing the numbers, we realized they tacked on an extra $100 to the agreed upon price! The finance guy was absolutely nasty with attitude and said: "Fine, if you want to wait another 20 minutes for me to redo the paperwork..." STRIKE 1. Then they proceed to give us a car on total EMPTY! We told them the least they can do is fill it for us since they tacked on an additional $100 to our already agreed price. Our sales guy offered to follow us to gas station and fill it with $15 worth of gas. What is that in todays' economy...2-3 gallons at the most??? We said "that's just an absolute insult at this point." Then the "head honcho of managers" MICHAEL STOUGHTON decides to chime in and says he will give us a tanks' worth if we leave a good review! I just laughed to myself, which he saw and set him immediatley into a rage and he says, "you know what I'm not giving you anything" WOW, GREAT customer service Mikey! STRIKE 2. It get's EVEN BETTER..... We finally left with our "new" used vehicle, it is about 8pm at this point. On our way home, the check engine light comes on!! We immediately call the dealership who tells us to bring it back in the morning to get it looked it. We do just that. The manager informs us that his guys looked at the vehicle, and came to the conclusion that "a rodent chewed through the wiring, so as a manager he actually doesn't recommend we keep the car" and he will be sending it back to auction!" So we literally had the car for less than 12 hours!!! And it continues some more..... Last night while browsing for some more vehicles in the area, I come across the SAME vehicle we purchased on Honda of Cleveland Heights' site again!!! Instead of sending a damaged vehicle back to auction like they said they would, they put it back on the market!!!!! STRIKE 3. BE AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP, please please BEWARE!!!!! There is a vast ocean of car dealerships out there, go elsewhere!! Look elsewhere!!
