We visited I think six or seven times and went from an SUV to a Civic Touring which we leased June 30. Raj never tried to push a car - he let us decide then worked with us. Accommodating, professional and laid back I've been to many dealerships looking for the right car and have been very surprised by the differences between dealerships. Each dealership’s management style directly affected my experience with the sales staff. In the worst dealerships there was a slight but noticeable tension and the staff didn't have the data they needed to answer my questions, were not particularly familiar with the finer differences between models, and pushed for a quick decision. In the best dealerships -- like Motorcars Honda -- the staff was both hard working and at ease. They had access to lots of data and really understood the various manufacturers, models and types of cars. They knew the inventory, the "add-ons", and the various financing options. The sales staff at Motorcars Honda are clearly supported and trusted by their management, which is one reason my experience was so positive. I just leased a crv and Vernell was kind enough to drive one to my house to make sure it was what I wanted and that it would fit my needs. With three kids, I was thrilled I didn't have to leave my house to shop for cars. When I went in to sign, paperwork was ready to go and I didn't spend more than 15 minutes there. Great staff.
