Two weeks ago I was on the highway traveling to DC for an appointment at the whitehouse and I had a mechanical issue and called your service department and was put through emidiatly to Gorgian. I explained the situation to her and a mechanic was put on the phone, who told me explicitly what to do. I followed the instructions and the issue was corrected. The result of this is that no matter where I am, I have always been accommodated by your staff, I wish that I knew who was on the phone with me so I could give him this credit. Georgiann is an asset to this dealership and goes above and beyond every single time, and that goes back twenty eight years!! I have done, in my younger years, voice advertising and have been in Cleveland magazine promoting motorcade Honda, and it was my pleasure to do that because of what your dealership has done for me.
