I'm on my nineteenth Honda from your dealership and I have been delighted with the vehicles and the service I have received even through all your moves, starting on lee rd. Two weeks ago I was on the highway traveling to DC for an appointment at the whitehouse and I had a mechanical issue and called your service department and was put through emidiatly to Gorgian. I explained the situation to her and a mechanic was put on the phone, who told me explicitly what to do. I followed the instructions and the issue was corrected. The result of this is that no matter where I am, I have always been accommodated by your staff, I wish that I knew who was on the phone with me so I could give him this credit. Georgiann is an asset to this dealership and goes above and beyond every single time, and that goes back twenty eight years!! I have done, in my younger years, voice advertising and have been in Cleveland magazine promoting motorcade Honda, and it was my pleasure to do that because of what your dealership has done for me. On Tuesday we noticed transmission fluid leaking from the vehi Brought a Honda Pilot in for a transmission fluid change on Saturday afternoon July 22. On Tuesday we noticed transmission fluid leaking from the vehicle. We took the Pilot back to the dealer where the service writers first response was it it probably a defective part. Turned out that the fill plug on the transmission was missing. Either it was not replaced at the end of the service or not tightened sufficiently and vibrated loose. The plug was not in stock so we were told we had to wait until Thursday evening to pick up the Pilot. At 7 pm on Thursday, we were informed that the wrong part was ordered. So what was their solution? They took a transmission fill plug off of one of their rental cars and used it to repair our Pilot. This is extremely poor customer service by both the service technician and the parts department. More
