We've always driven Honda's however when I decided to purchase a Toyota 4Runner, Adam Howe at Motorcars was not discouraged! He immediately found the exact color and style I was looking for. Even though Motorcars Toyota was across the street from his office, he made sure I didn't feel shuffled around. I really appreciated that! He made sure I was well informed on specials and packages. We ended up getting the platinum package, which I love all the perks! He's the perfect sales associate! He's not pushy, yet he's very convincing because of his thoughtfulness when helping you weigh options available to you! I will always refer him to family and friends! Hailing from Shaker Heights, but currently living 400 miles away in Illinois, Mike Lesko graciously handled all the details to make it easy on my end. He was very thorough with the test drive experience, making me feel very comfortable with the car. He continued this clarity about the vehicle post-purchase, just before I drove the car off the lot.
