Horrible in the service department. i have tried multiple times to get in touch with Brandon the service manager and he doesn't call me back regarding the issue I had with 2 services on i have tried multiple times to get in touch with Brandon the service manager and he doesn't call me back regarding the issue I had with 2 services on my new cars. I have never been more aggravated with a company than I am with the service part of this dealership. It has been 2 months and no one has even cared to reach out to me. I'm not sure who else to contact regarding the horrible service that I was presented with but this was my first service ever done to both of my cars, that I just bought first time buying a Honda. If this is how they treat their customers I am horrified. More

I was sold a car that was in an unreported accident and on the way home signaled and engine light. After speaking with the general manager I was told basically that I'm out of luck. Instead of waiting for this to be considered a lemon, I wanted to just bring it back.
