Best experience purchasing a vehicle! I walked into Motorcars Honda looking specifically for a beautiful 08' Honda Ridgeline I had seen on Autotrader. The first person my brother and I wer I walked into Motorcars Honda looking specifically for a beautiful 08' Honda Ridgeline I had seen on Autotrader. The first person my brother and I were greeted by was Shaul "The Man" Janes. Shaul was super down to earth and understood my needs perfectly. We went outside to see the Ridgeline and the truck had mysteriously vanished from the lot. Apparently the truck went to auction that morning. Kind of bummed out, we went to go check out some more cars in the lot. 15 minutes later, Shaul came outside to talk more about the truck. Shaul explain my situation to Vinson Treharne and they decided to pull the truck from the auction. The whole time I was trying to tell them to just sell the car at the auction so they can make the sale, but Vinson refused my statement and said that he would rather gain a customer than sell the truck at auction. That meant a bunch to me, they both were willing to out of their way to help me out and get me in to my new truck. The next day I showed up to check out truck and there was already someone there willing to pay for the truck in cash. Shaul made it a point that I was the first person to see the truck that day. The whole time Shual treated me with respect and talked to me like I was a new face at a bar somewhere. The whole process of purchasing the truck was very relaxing and I was never forced to make any quick decisions. The next person I met with was Jim Waterwash who really took the time to help me finance my new truck. The last time I finance a car was with my girlfriend and that shook my credit score up. Jim told me the ways some car dealership work in their finance departs. There is a sloppy method out there called "Shot Gunning," in which the person who is trying to figure out how to finance your new car will send offers out to many different lenders. Jim knew where my credit score was at and only sent out offers to two lenders and I was accepted by both. Jim got me financed at a percentage rate that was less than my student loans! I am so happy with Motorcars Honda commitment to putting the customer first every step of the way. I will recommend to everyone that is currently shopping for a new or used vehicle. At the end of the day my brother even told Shaul that he was going to come see him first when looking for his new car. Thank you so much for everything Shual, Vinson, and Jim! More

I was able to buy a car and only spend 20 minutes in a car dealership to fill out paperwork. The experience couldn't have been better, I will be back for my next car when the time comes, I couldn't be happier. More

Kudos to Motorcars Honda for recognizing that the buyer journey is changing across all products, including cars, and being ahead of their competition Kudos to Motorcars Honda for recognizing that the buyer journey is changing across all products, including cars, and being ahead of their competition with their online services and Pre-visit tools that help to simplify and shorten the purchase. They were the only local dealership to give me out the door pricing via email and Adam was so prompt in his responses to my questions it was great. There was no 'let me talk to my manager" or "why don't you come in and we can discuss the pricing." Just a prompt reply with the price I could expect OTD. So refreshing. Then, I pre applied for my loan online and had a quick conversation with the business manager via phone on timing and terms so my total time at the dealership to close the deal and learn all about the new car was less than 1 hour. To be totally transparent I had no trade in so that made things much simpler. But even with that Adam and Motorcars outperformed all of their competitors and I gave them my business. Only thing I can think of to improve the process would be to get the paperwork to e-signature so that the only thing to do at the dealership is to pick up the car. More
