I first dealt with Bryant who was polite and professional. He text me very shortly after dropping the vehicle off with a diagnosis. While the part needed to be ordered, he was able to have it next day. In bringing my car the next day I dealt with Jed who was also very professional and polite. My car was finished in less time than I was originally told, which is always a good thing. Highly recommend this service center over other Honda service centers. More

The whole process was so smooth, we were done in a couple of hours when it came time to process everything. Michael was not bothered at all with our early indecision and never once tried to pressure us or up-sell us. The whole set up at Motorcars is great and all the staff there were really welcoming and not bothered at all by our kids running around playing. I will never go anywhere else for a car as long as I am in Ohio! More

I had a problem with my tire late Friday afternoon and called Georgianne in a panic since I was driving out of town early Saturday morning. She told me to get there as soon as I can and she would make sure I was taken care of! She was true to her word and I was able to travel safely on Saturday, with no worries!
