I had a chance to test drive on several cars I'm interested in before making decision. Recently my granddaughter totaled her car that she was driving. Of course my daughter contacted Rich because of the her previous experience that she had. In this busy world that we live in it is very comforting to know that there are guys out there like Rich who goes the extra distance to take care of his customers. I brought another vehicle in a few days prior for service, the customer service was terrible, and staffing was low. When we contacted him again, he remembered so much about us from that one visit. Our needs had changed in the time between the first visit and the second, and he re-qualified what we needed and what we could afford and found a good fit. Terrible Customer Experience at Motorcars (Negative 10) Terrible Customer Experience at Motorcars with C'ontae Prescott I spent over 30 minutes with Sharon to make an appointment. I provided her with my Terrible Customer Experience at Motorcars with C'ontae Prescott I spent over 30 minutes with Sharon to make an appointment. I provided her with my contact information and VIN. I also confirmed with her that there would not have charges for the repair because the car is still under certified pre-owned warranty. The repair was for replacing a window regulator and a glass (a remote chance). I spent two and half hours the day just for dropping off the car with C'ontae. First, I helped him correct an error on the description that he typed up. I also discovered that Sharon didn't update all my information. Then, the terrible customer experience hit me. C'ontae presented me a bill nearly $700 for the repair. He had no idea what he was doing. To make things worse, he didn't bother to ask his co-workers for help. He stated that he was new to the job and/or the warranty. I had to call my original dealership (Park Honda in Akron) three times. Terri from Park Honda explained to C'ontae TWICE about certified pre-owned warranty. Again, Terri was doing C'ontae's job. The nightmare continued when I picked up the car. Again, C'ontae presented me with the same $700 charge. I had to make the corrections for him, not once, but TWICE that evening. My frustration went further when C'ontae told me that the Service Department didn't keep my old parts. I had told him TWICE over two different days to keep the parts. This is a violation of Ohio law. I will never go back to Motorcars and will not recommend it to anyone. More

The new Honda service Continuity among the Motorcars assets contributed to our overall experience and ultimate decision to lease a car from Vernell. The new Honda service area was quite impressive for the investment. Like all buyers these days, did our due diligence with available resources prior to walking in the door. With limited time, we started with the website's Chat feature. I discussed with Duncan what the competitors were advertising, what we were looking for and our desire to lease from a team we have dealt with since Burt Weiss. Great communication from the beginning, actually offered to beat the advertised price, same day. Upon arrival at Motorcars Honda, Vernell and her bubbly personality took it from there. Having already been prepped with my Chat discussion, we saved time, energy and "stress" usually associated with a car buying experience. She showed my wife around the potential car, took a test drive; even stopped to look at the other options in stock. Once a deal was struck, it was virtually smooth-sailing through the paperwork and car-prep process. Good experience with the Honda team while we waited. The best part: Final presentation of the car. Have purchased/leased 5 vehicles in under 10 years...the Motorcars Final Presentation was one-of-a-kind. You will just have to purchase a car to find out more. My advise to car shoppers: Do your research; Know what you want; Use all available tools; Be realistic in your expectations of the dealership you are buying from; and limit your preconceived notions of salespeople. The good ones are there to listen and earn your business. I'd say Vernell and Motorcars earned our business last night. Thanks to all. More

I was apprised during the months of waiting that I was not forgotten - I was told that this was such a hot car that orders overwhelmed Toyota. Although Shaul was able to get a different color from an out of state dealership, I chose to wait for my dream car. The staff went out of their way to drive it here from New York State where it would have waited until enough cars filled the transport truck to make the trip to Ohio. The help in understanding the electronics was most appreciated. It has been an amazing journey from ordering my car to finally being able to drive it.
