Don't be fooled by warranty recalls.. It is a ruse to try to Got a call that the air bags were bad and needed replaced. This was the end of the truth. We took in our car and got a laundry list and scare tactics to do an addition $1,700+ in urgent things declaring that the car was too unsafe to drive. They pressured and scared my wife. I decided to take the car to my regular mechanic that showed me most of what they said was not true nor urgent and if I did all they claimed would cost 1700 could be done for only 400. They did replace the air bags as promised but i could go without the scare tactics to take advantage of my wife. We need a new car and it will not be a Honda from these guys. Stay away! More

She responded to my inquiries on-line and was very accommodating. I was not bombarded with emails or phone calls, she just got in touch with me when she had new prospects. Vernell spent three hours with me, allowing to drive various cars. She was patient and was able to answer all of my questions. She never made me feel pressured into making a decision and this made me feel comfortable. She took her time with me and made me feel as if I was important and worth her time. I have already recommended some of my friends to check out Motorcars, especially after the TLC I was given. When it comes time for another new car, there is no doubt where I am going! Stress-Free Experience! I honestly had no intentions of purchasing a new car. Unfortunately the car I was driving gave me no other option. My parents visited Michael first t I honestly had no intentions of purchasing a new car. Unfortunately the car I was driving gave me no other option. My parents visited Michael first to do some preliminary work on my behalf (actually unbeknownst to me!) and he made the entire process a breeze. They presented him with a budget and an idea of what we were looking for and he gave them a list with some great options. Of course the car I decided I liked best had just come into the dealership and was not scheduled to be ready to show for another five days or so. I was planning on going the next night with my parents to see what they'd found. Michael had that car ready to go by the time I got there (approx 24 hours later) and worked out a very fair deal for us. There was still one item that needed to be addressed and by the time I had the car he had a service scheduled for a few days later and even picked it up at my job and left me with a loaner. Michael basically dropped everything he was doing and gave us his undivided attention over a two day period. He handled everything in the most professional manner, but with a great sense of humor! He made the entire process as stress-free as possible. I am grateful for my experience with Michael and I LOVE my car!!! I would absolutely recommend him to my friends! More
