Making Buying a Used Car As Easy As Possible I called Motorcars Honda because I was interested in a particular car that I had seen on-line. It was the lowest priced certified pre-owned 2013 Honda I called Motorcars Honda because I was interested in a particular car that I had seen on-line. It was the lowest priced certified pre-owned 2013 Honda Civic available at Motorcar's Honda. Michael Lesko showed me the car and never tried to "sell" me on a higher priced version of what I wanted. Michael could tell that I was very intimidated at the prospect of having to make a used car purchase on my own, as a single female. I had never purchased a car by myself, never mind a used one. Michael defied the stereotype of a "used car salesman". He didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear; he didn't make empty promises. His manner was a bit brusque at times rather than slick. Michael saw that I was nervous about the test drive, so initially he drove the car. He made me feel as at ease and comfortable as possible. Michael gave me a bottom line amount, in writing, that I would owe on the car. He didn't try to add on any unexpected fees. Michael gave me what I expected for my trade-in. I told him that I wanted to have the car inspected by my mechanic. He facilitated the inspection by dropping off and picking up the car for me. Michael was very hands on , literally and figuratively, throughout the purchase process and facilitated my purchase in every way he could. He went above and beyond to make buying a used car as easy and seamless as possible. Even after the sale had been completed, Michael took the time to help me synch up my cell phone to the blue tooth in the car. He also threw in and installed floor mats, anticipating that I would want them. More

Throughout this I asked tons of questions and my sales rep was super helpful the whole time. He made sure that I had all of the information I needed, and even set up my Bluetooth for me (which would have taken me FOREVER to figure out)! There were some snags with transferring over insurance money for the down payment, and these guys were super patient and helpful with that as well.
