I went in for an advertised oil change. Before changing the oil, the service department did a multi-point vehicle inspection. The Service Advisor told me about caliper and rotor problems. I told him that I would not be able to have these problems that totaled $2411.83 to repair. Since then, I have squelching sounds when I back up and there seems be something wrong with my tires while driving. I have Car Shield Insurance, but Hoda refuses to recognize my insurance. Greed. Horrible in the service department. i have tried multiple times to get in touch with Brandon the service manager and he doesn't call me back regarding the issue I had with 2 services on i have tried multiple times to get in touch with Brandon the service manager and he doesn't call me back regarding the issue I had with 2 services on my new cars. I have never been more aggravated with a company than I am with the service part of this dealership. It has been 2 months and no one has even cared to reach out to me. I'm not sure who else to contact regarding the horrible service that I was presented with but this was my first service ever done to both of my cars, that I just bought first time buying a Honda. If this is how they treat their customers I am horrified. More
