Our 2023 HR-V Sport was totaled by a drunk driver and right after the accident we reached out to all the local Honda dealers about getting a new vehicle. When talking with Andy Adams at Cleveland Heights Honda, he showed concern about our situation and wanted to help in any way possible. He, and the whole Cleveland Heights team, was able to get us into a 2024 CR-V Hybrid Sport very quickly to ensure that we had a car once the rental from insurance was up. They also helped us work around our schedule to get all the paperwork signed. Overall, it was a great experience! More

I went in for an advertised oil change. Before changing the oil, the service department did a multi-point vehicle inspection. The Service Advisor told me about caliper and rotor problems. I told him that I would not be able to have these problems that totaled $2411.83 to repair. Since then, I have squelching sounds when I back up and there seems be something wrong with my tires while driving. I have Car Shield Insurance, but Hoda refuses to recognize my insurance. Greed. I have never been more aggravated with a company than I am with the service part of this dealership. It has been 2 months and no one has even cared to reach out to me. I'm not sure who else to contact regarding the horrible service that I was presented with but this was my first service ever done to both of my cars, that I just bought first time buying a Honda. If this is how they treat their customers I am horrified. More
